Find the Cement Bulker That Matches Your Project

Nominal payload is not the same as road-legal payload. Final payload depends on trailer tare, tractor weight, axle limits and destination-market GVW rules.

Priority Cement Direction

50 Ton Cement Bulker Tanker

Choose our 50 ton class when your cement transport project needs higher payload and the destination road limits support the combination. We confirm trailer tare, tractor weight and axle limits before we treat 50 tons as a road-legal payload.

30 Ton Cement Bulker Truck

Choose our 30 ton class when the route, legal weight limits or transport plan point toward a smaller cement tanker. We still confirm the tractor and destination rules before production.

Weight-Saving Option

Aluminum Cement Bulker Trailer

Choose an aluminum-tank configuration when reducing tanker tare can create more room for legal payload or improve long-distance operating efficiency. We still check cargo compatibility, chassis configuration and local road limits before recommending it.
Main Reason to Consider
Lower tanker tare
Typical Cargo
Cement and suitable dry bulk powders
Buyer Goal

Pneumatick Dry Bulk Trailer

For bulk cement, we start with required payload, legal road weight and unloading duty. We then match tank volume, axle layout, aeration and air supply to the route and receiving silo.

Fly Ash Bulker Trailer

For fly ash, we do not copy a cement configuration automatically. We check actual bulk density, moisture, flow behavior and receiving conditions because these can change tank volume and pneumatic unloading performance.

3 Axle Cement Bulker

We commonly discuss a 3-axle layout for cement projects where the target payload and local axle limits allow it. Axle count alone does not determine legal payload, so we also check trailer tare, tractor weight and load distribution.

We use a 4-axle configuration when the project requires a different load distribution or higher payload direction and the destination regulations support that layout.

ABOUT PANDA MECH

We Build Tankers Around Real Transport Jobs

Panda Mech is a cement bulker and pneumatic tanker manufacturer with more than 20 years of semi-trailer industry experience. Our core tanker business covers cement and industrial dry-bulk transport, together with dedicated solutions for flour and supported food powders.

Our engineering, manufacturing and quality-control teams work from the same confirmed project requirements so we can move your job from application review to a buildable tanker configuration.

How We Configure Your Cement Bulker

We configure each cement bulker around five things: cargo, required payload, destination road limits, available air supply and the receiving silo. If one of these changes, the required tank volume, axle layout or pneumatic unloading system may also change.

Capacity

We calculate tank volume from your required payload and actual bulk density—not from tonnage alone.

Unloading Time

We check material condition, air supply, discharge distance, vertical lift and the receiving silo before we discuss unloading time.

Aeration System

We match aeration to the powder and tank geometry so material can fluidize and move toward the discharge outlet.

Air Compressor

We select the air source as part of the complete unloading system instead of choosing it from one universal number.

Working Pressure

We confirm operating pressure for the actual pneumatic system and cargo; we do not apply one pressure value to every tanker configuration.

Tank volume alone is not enough to specify a cement tanker.

WHY PANDA MECH

How We Reduce Risk Before Your Tanker Ships

01

Your Requirements Go Directly Into Production

Once we confirm the cargo, payload, axle and pneumatic requirements with you, our engineering and manufacturing teams work from the same project specification.

02

We Check the Tanker as One System

We review the tank, chassis, axle layout and pneumatic unloading together instead of treating them as unrelated components.

03

We Verify the Build Before Shipment

Before release, we inspect the completed tanker against the confirmed configuration and check the key tank, pneumatic and running-gear items.
04

One Tanker or a Fleet — Same Engineering Process

Whether you need one tanker or a fleet, we still start from the cargo, route, payload and unloading conditions.

We confirm the transport job before we recommend the final tanker specification.

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions buyers most often need to resolve before we can confirm a useful tanker configuration.
Which tanker size should I choose for my cargo and route?
Start with your cargo, required payload and destination road limits—not tank volume alone. We then check bulk density, trailer tare, tractor weight, axle limits and unloading conditions before recommending the tanker size.
Not necessarily. “50 ton” is a nominal payload class, while the road-legal payload depends on trailer tare, tractor weight, axle loading and the GVW limits in your destination market. We confirm these before finalizing the configuration.
The right axle layout depends on the required payload, load distribution, tractor configuration and local axle-weight rules. A 3-axle tanker is common for many cement projects, while some heavier or differently regulated applications may require another axle layout.
Not automatically. Cement and fly ash can both use pneumatic dry-bulk tankers, but their bulk density, flow behavior, moisture condition and aeration requirements can differ. We check the actual material before confirming tank volume and unloading configuration.
We do not recommend treating a cement tanker and a flour tanker as the same specification. Food-powder projects can require different product-contact surfaces, cleaning arrangements and contamination-control considerations, so we configure them separately.
There is no single unloading time that applies to every tanker. The actual discharge cycle depends on the powder, air supply, aeration system, pipeline distance, vertical lift and receiving silo conditions. We review these conditions before estimating unloading performance.
Send us the cargo, required payload, destination country, preferred axle configuration if known, road conditions, unloading distance or height, receiving silo information and required quantity. If some details are not yet available, send what you know and we will identify the remaining configuration questions.
Yes. You can arrange a factory visit or inspect the completed tanker before shipment. We can review the finished configuration, tank, pneumatic system, running gear and agreed project details with you before release.
