Payload, tank volume, cargo and axle configuration.
Start with your cargo, bulk density, required payload, destination country, tractor, road conditions, discharge distance and silo height.
We use those conditions to define tank volume, axle layout, chassis, compressor and pneumatic unloading configuration. We do not recommend a tanker from tonnage alone.
Read the cement tanker buyer guide →The correct payload depends on how much cement you need to move per trip and what your tractor, axle loading and local road regulations can support.
A nominal 50-ton or 60-ton trailer does not mean that payload is automatically road-legal in every market.
Compare cement tanker capacity →No. Tonnes measure cargo weight. Cubic metres measure tank volume.
Bulk density connects the two. Two powders can require different tank volumes even when their total weight is the same. This is why we confirm the actual cargo before final tank sizing.
We determine axle configuration from the complete load plan, not payload alone.
We check GVW limits, permitted axle loads, tractor configuration, fifth-wheel load, route conditions, turning space and target payload.
Adding a fourth axle can distribute weight differently, but it does not automatically make a heavy trailer legal for your market.
Not automatically. Different powders have different bulk density, moisture sensitivity, abrasiveness and fluidisation behaviour.
Tell us the material first. We then confirm whether the tank geometry, aeration system, compressor and discharge system are suitable.
Pressure, airflow, aeration, compressor and discharge.
The air source supplies compressed air to the tanker. The aeration system distributes air through the cement, helping the powder become fluidised and easier to move.
Tank pressure then pushes the cement through the discharge pipeline into the receiving silo.
Explore cement tanker engineering →Our cement unloading reference is more than 1.5 t/min under suitable operating conditions and with the correct system configuration.
Actual unloading performance depends on compressor airflow, cargo condition, pipe diameter, hose length, bends, silo height and receiving-silo backpressure.
See unloading-time engineering →Around 0.20 MPa / 2.0 bar / 29 psi can be used as an operating reference during main cement discharge for an appropriate system.
Working pressure, design pressure, test pressure and safety-relief settings are different values and should not be confused.
Understand working pressure →No. Higher pressure alone does not mean faster unloading.
High pressure combined with slow cement flow can indicate pipeline resistance, poor fluidisation, long discharge hoses, excessive bends or receiving-silo backpressure.
We evaluate pressure, airflow and discharge rate together.
We select the air system from the complete unloading path, not from tanker size alone.
We check cargo, airflow requirement, pipe diameter, hose length, elbows, vertical lift, target unloading rate and silo backpressure.
See compressor selection →Higher silos create more vertical lift and therefore greater resistance in the conveying system.
Long horizontal pipelines, multiple bends and poor silo venting can add more resistance. Send us the horizontal distance, vertical lift and number of major bends before we confirm the pneumatic system.
Matching the trailer to your tractor, route and job.
Yes. We configure the trailer around your actual transport and unloading conditions.
Depending on the project, we can adjust tank volume, axles, suspension, tires, chassis, braking system, compressor, aeration system, pipelines and discharge layout.
Send us the tractor model and key specifications if available.
We mainly check tractor configuration, fifth-wheel compatibility, braking system, expected combination weight and suitability for the proposed trailer axle arrangement.
Yes. Tell us whether the trailer will mainly operate on highways, plant roads, construction sites, mine roads or other rough surfaces.
Road conditions can influence suspension, tires, chassis reinforcement, ground clearance, wheelbase and running-gear configuration.
Tank geometry affects capacity, centre of gravity, powder flow, aeration layout, outlet arrangement and residual material.
We select tank geometry from the cargo and actual unloading requirements rather than treating one tank shape as automatically better.
How to get a useful quotation instead of a generic price.
Cement tanker price depends on the actual configuration. Tank capacity alone is not enough to produce an accurate quotation.
Main price factors include tank volume, steel structure, axles, suspension, tires, braking system, compressor, pneumatic equipment and optional components.
Open the cement tanker price guide →You do not need to prepare every engineering parameter. Give us the operating requirements first and we will convert them into a practical trailer configuration.
Production time depends on configuration, customization, order quantity and the current manufacturing schedule.
For Panda Mech cement tanker projects, 7–25 days can be used as a production reference. We confirm the actual lead time after the specification is finalized.
No. First confirm that both quotations describe comparable equipment.
Compare payload, tank volume, tare weight, axles, suspension, tires, brakes, compressor, aeration system, valves, piping, QC process and after-sales support.
See how to compare manufacturers →What happens before your tanker leaves our factory.
Yes. Panda Mech manufactures pneumatic cement tankers in our own factory in China.
We manage the main fabrication, tank and chassis work, pneumatic-system assembly, inspection and export preparation.
See our cement tanker factory →Our inspection process covers the areas that directly affect structural integrity, road operation and pneumatic unloading performance.
Panda Mech uses 200+ quality checks as a pre-shipment QC reference.
Checks cover fabrication, components, pneumatic systems, pressure-related testing, braking, paint and final order verification.
View Panda Mech quality assurance →Yes. Factory inspection and pre-shipment verification can be discussed before the trailer is released.
If you require specific photos, video records, customer inspection or third-party inspection, tell us before production is completed.
Yes. Serious buyers can visit our factory to review manufacturing capability, production processes and quality-control procedures.
Arrange a factory visit →Export preparation, documents and support after delivery.
Yes. Panda Mech supplies trailers to international customers and prepares the tanker for export according to the confirmed destination.
Tell us the destination country before final configuration, because axle loads, dimensions, braking requirements and registration rules can affect the trailer specification.
We prepare the normal commercial and export documents applicable to the confirmed order and shipping terms.
If your customs broker, bank or registration authority requires a specific document, send the requirement before shipment so we can verify it in advance.
We provide technical communication, troubleshooting assistance, operating guidance and spare-parts support for supplied equipment.
For troubleshooting, photos and videos of the compressor, pressure gauge, valves, pipeline and actual unloading condition help us diagnose the problem faster.
View after-sales support →Do not only tell us that the tanker is unloading slowly. Send operating data so we can identify the restriction.
This helps us distinguish between compressor, fluidisation, pipeline and receiving-silo problems.
